Cuisine at the Ayurveda Center

Welcome to the ANADI restaurant. In our culinary oasis by the lake, we combine ancient Ayurvedic philosophy with modern hospitality. Our kitchen team from India prepares dishes with dedication that not only taste delicious, but also promote balance between body, mind, and soul. Every meal follows the principles of Ayurveda: tailored to the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), fresh, seasonal, and consciously prepared. With us, eating becomes a ritual of healing for new energy, inner peace, and lasting well-being.

Individually tailored meals

As part of your treatment, all meals are tailored to your dosha and support your healing process. Before your first meal, an Ayurvedic doctor will determine your individual dosha profile and make recommendations, which the kitchen will use as a basis for preparing your meals.
