“My soul honour your soul, I honour the space in you where the entire world resides. I honour the light, love, truth, beauty & peace inside you since it is also within me. Sharing these things helps us to be one, united, and same.”

“Namaste” is very important in Park Am See since it reflects the deep-rooted cultural values and customs that define the hospitality and well-being environment.

Originating in Sanskrit, the word “namaste” means “bowing down to you.” It stands for the theory that the deity inside one is bending down to the deity inside others. Every soul can experience love, happiness, inner calm, and inner light as we do the Anjali or Pranava mudra with our hands in front of our hearts.

Often repeating these mudras in yoga, we symbolise the harmony and balance between the right and left energy—known as Ida and Pingala energy—united in our centre.

Namaste seeks to quiet the body and mind by means of equilibrium. Linked to various areas of the brain, the pressure points in the fingers used in the gesture help balance and focus the mind, therefore fostering peace and well-being.

Our Anahata chakra is awakened when we hold hands in front of the heart. Serving as our centre of love for others and ourselves, compassion, empathy, and forgiveness, this is the fourth chakra. It is the source of something really significant beyond words.

Visitors of the Park Am See ayurveda hotel Germany find Namaste everywhere. From the airport chauffeur to the welcoming hosts at reception and the whole staff, everyone welcomes the visitors with Namaste accompanied by a soft smile and a bowed head. “Namaste” is a sign of great respect and regard for other people, not only a hello. With “Namaste,”Park Am See Nattika Ayurveda Germany honours the inherent divinity inside every person regardless of background or position.
